Nancy Myers brings 10 years of property management experience to the Rose & Womble Property Management Division.  She is experienced with all facets of residential property management.  She is knowledgeable with the VA Tenant Landlord Law and has extensive experience with our various local city's inspections required to rent property.

Nancy has been a member of the local Chapter of NARPM – National Association of Residential Property Managers for the past 4 years.  She has been serving as the Treasurer for the past 3 years.

• 2002 – 2007  Hampton Roads REALTOR® Association Circle of Excellence – "Distinguished Property Manager"

• Roger Williams University – Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a minor in Finance
