About New Homes
Our New Homes Division was established in 1985 to provide complete sales and marketing
programs designed especially for area builders and developers. Soon thereafter,
both Jim and Van Rose became charter members of the Builder Marketing Society, a
non-competitive group of national new home marketers who meet and share ideas.
In
1993, the fi rm announced the formation of Residential Data Bank, an independent
subsidiary which collects, analyzes and publishes statistical data and information
pertinent to the residential real estate industry in Hampton Roads. Their services
have proven invaluable to our builder/clients, especially in the feasibility stages
of a project's development.
Unique in the region, our Marketing Services Division
is entirely in-house. Rose & Womble's builder/clients not only havefull-time sales
management, site managers, and on-site sales associates, they also have access to
our full-service, in-house "advertising agency." The New Homes Marketing Service
Department employs a Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Production Coordinator,
Marketing Associate, Art Director, Web Designer and several Graphic Designers. We
also employ, under our direct supervision, several area freelance artists, web designers,
illustrators and multi-dimensional display fabricators. The Rose & Womble New Homes
Marketing Services Division sets a standard for excellence, routinely garnering
local and national awards.
Currently, Rose & Womble's New Homes Division has over
75 specialist site agents selling at over three dozen new communities throughout
Hampton Roads. The Division has four sales managers overseeing these sites. And,
plans are also in place to further expand the operations of the New Homes Division
to meet growing demand for the company’s unique combination of services in the Hampton
Roads, Richmond and North Carolina markets.
